My name is Tracy. I am married and have four awesome kids. As a family we enjoy spending time with our three dogs, Booker, Gizmo and Blue. We recently added a little kitten named Mickey. I have been in the orthodontic field since 2015. I started working for Dr. Maxwell in 2019. I stayed on when Dr. Mariana took over the practice and have been working as her Treatment Coordinator. I love our office family and seeing patients achieve beautiful smiles and self-confidence.

Hi, my name is Stephanie. I was born and raised in Lake Stevens and continue to live there with my husband, Jay. We are newly empty nesters and are enjoying every minute of it, although our oldest daughter just bought the house next door to us. We have four grown children, but no grandkids. Our other daughter is getting married in August of 2024. I worked at Valley General Hospital in Monroe for 16 years and then Providence Hospital for 6 years. My family recently went through a drastic change, so I decided to work part time and take care of my elderly parents. I have worked for Dr. Mariana since November of 2021 and love my work sisters and our patients so much!

Hi, I’m Kelly. I’ve been in dental since 2016. My favorite thing about orthodontics is getting to watch people’s confidence grow along with their new smile. I also work part time at an espresso stand. When I’m not at work you can typically find me hiking, hanging out with my dog, Bentley, or watching reality T.V.

Hi, my name is Madison. I am married to my husband Jeremias and we are enjoying every minute raising our sweet daughter. I graduated from Central Washington University in 2021. I have previously worked as a dental assistant and surgical assistant. I just started working with Dr. Mariana in June of 2023. I love the office and I am excited to be working in the community I grew up in.
